What this website keeps.
When you finish the eligibility check, we send it to the London office so a counsellor can reply.
Start Education London (https://startedu.co) publishes information about onshore progression, studying further, and the same study-abroad services as our Nepal offices. The eligibility questions run in your browser. When you finish, we send the answers to the London office in our counselling system. You can also email hello@start.edu.np or message us on WhatsApp at +44 (0) 7405 922836. We do not run an account system on this website.
What you send us
A finished check includes your name, email, phone number, qualification, the course you want, and your preferred intake. If you are in the UK, it also includes your visa type and expiry, your university, and whether a partner or child is with you. If you are applying from outside the UK, it includes the country you are applying from. We use this to reply about progression or a new application. We do not sell it.
Adverts
If you arrive from an advert, we store the campaign name in a cookie on this site for 90 days and attach it to the check. That is so the office can see which advert you used. A newer advert click replaces the older one.
How long we keep it
Enquiry notes are kept while we are working with you and for as long as we need them to answer a follow-up or meet a legal duty. Ask us to delete an enquiry and we will, unless we have to retain it.
