What is onshore progression?
You are already in the UK on a Student visa, or you have just finished a UK course, and you want to study further — a new university or the next degree — without going home. We shortlist a course you can enter, apply, and work through the new CAS with the university.
I am finishing a bachelor's in the UK. Can you help me apply for a master's here?
Yes. That is the most common progression we do. We shortlist master's courses you can enter from your current degree, then build the application while you are still in the UK.
Do I have to leave the UK to apply?
No. Shortlisting, applications, and offers happen while you are here. Travel only comes up if a university or your permission to stay requires it, and we flag that at the start.
I am not happy with my current UK university. Can I study further somewhere else?
Often yes, if your transcript, attendance, and visa dates support a new offer. We will say if the jump is too late in the year or the subject change is too wide.
When should I start?
For a September master's, start the autumn or winter before, while references and predicted grades are still easy to collect. January courses are fewer, so that conversation needs to happen earlier. A mid-course change has a tighter window — call as soon as you know.
Will I need IELTS if my bachelor's was taught in English?
A UK bachelor's taught in English is often accepted instead of IELTS, but each university sets its own rule. We check the course page rather than assume a waiver.
I am on a Student visa. Can I move straight onto a new course?
Often yes, but a new course usually needs its own offer and, in many cases, a new Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies before you apply to extend. We prepare that education file. We are not immigration lawyers.
What does the first conversation cost?
The first consultation is free. We map the route and say whether we are the right team before any further work.
I am not in London. Can you still help?
Yes. The office is in London, and consultations run by phone and WhatsApp as well as in person. You need to be in the UK for onshore progression — you do not need to live in London.
Do you only do onshore progression, or the same services as Nepal?
Onshore progression is what this office is built around. We also run the same services as the Kathmandu head office: counselling, test preparation, applications, scholarships, visa guidance, and pre-departure for the UK, Canada, Australia, the USA, Korea, Germany, and New Zealand.
What if I want to apply from outside the UK?
We can still take the file from London, or pass you to Kathmandu, Butwal, Banepa, or Ghorahi if that is closer. Tell us when you start the eligibility check.
Which tests do I need?
Most offshore files need an English test (IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE). The USA may also ask for SAT or GRE depending on the course. A UK degree taught in English often replaces IELTS for a UK master's. We tell you what your target universities actually require.
Can you help with scholarships and education loans?
Yes. We flag university and government awards that fit your profile. Education loan documents for Nepali students are handled with the loan advisor in Kathmandu.
How do I visit an office?
London takes appointments by phone or WhatsApp. Nepal has walk-in branches in Kathmandu, Butwal, Banepa, and Ghorahi. Bring academic documents if you have them.
